Requirement
Responsibilities:
-Lead, Administrate, Coach PMC members to make an efficient team including production control and warehouse management;
- Review and improve PMC related processes including production control and warehouse operation;
-Cooperate with PLM teams making accurate forecast for material driving and capacity arrangement. Organize and work closely with Production, SCM, Engineer teams to assess capacity and material availability making accurate production plan. Keep improving MPS and OTD performance;
-Monitor warehouse daily operation and keep warehouse inventory accuracy between system records and physical goods.
Experience and Requirement
-Bachelor degree above;
-10 years of related experience in PMC management, 2-3 years of manager experience;
-Extremely strong skills with proven track record in communication, leadership, business analysis, process development, administration, and change management are required;
-Attention to detail and ability to work well with teams is also required;
-Possess in-depth knowledge of production planning and broad knowledge of the supply base;
-Proficient with ERP system;
- High proficiency in spoken and written English & Mandarin.
