Requirement
Responsibilities will include:
the development of a strategic assessment of the region in line with the global strategy,
to determine how to organize our human resources including the choice of distributors and their management,
what technologies and products are required,
how and which customers should be prioritized
what sales and marketing tools (literature, samples, prototypes, etc.) are best used
Input to global marketing
to deliver financial results based on budgets and forecasts
to provide guidance to the technical service and local R&D staff with prioritization and commercial input
to lead the sales efforts by having key account responsibility
function as the new business development leader for the region
