Requirement
Knowledge and Skills:
University degree in chemical or polymer related field；
Project management experience；
3-5 years of direct chemical plant engineering；
Excellent understanding of polymer polymerization；
Familiar with plastics test standard and all kinds of instrument, and testing operation is a plus；
Technical understanding of polymers, processing and applications；
Fluent in English – written, verbal, presentation
Experiences:
At least 5 year work experience in polymer polymerization plant in similar function；
Personality: Stable, Personal Integrity, Highly technical, Energetic, Curious, Team Player, Fun
