Requirement
RESPONSIBILITIES
Regular review of operational aspects together with SCM to ensure a trouble free production
Constant update of the safety standards for the labour protection and equipment
Effectively representing the company’s management profile, production and quality know how as well as environment standards.
Maximize the efficiency and “up-time” of the operations
Insure the production discipline, accurate records and production statistics
Maintain the equipment in good condition, housekeeping
Provide leadership and direction to the operators
Insure safety operation
Implement and maintain system with ISO-9001, MOC and responsible care program
Proactive setting and maintain the objectives to continually improvement for safety, production, warehouse and quality.
Requirements:
1.About 5 years of experience in chemical plant or polymer plant, in a production management role.
2.Had the experience in maintenance operation and safety permit application.
3.Bachelor Degree in Chemical Technology;
4.Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, communication and organization skills;
5.Very competent oral and written English communication skills.
