Job purpose:
To deliver completed targets with regard to optimal resource scheduling based in the supply of work and forecast for Technical Service Department (TSD) personnel, managing the guidance process relating to the optimal capacity utilization for TSD, work planning / cost estimating services, activity planning for implementation and material management to support the execution of technical assignments / projects for TSD.

Qualifications:
Works and thinks at university/academic level with extensive experience in project management, engineering and maintenance;
Knowledge of available expertise, installations, erection / installation guidelines etc;
Knowledge of maintenance methods and safety procedures in industrial production installations;
Has the presentation technique to be able to put across the strategic vision, possibilities, approach and findings to customers, subordinates and colleagues;
Have the communication skills to build up and maintain networks and contacts;
Methodical, independent and diligent;
Initiative, alertness, solution-driven, ability to integrate and long-term vision in all phases of projects;
Excellent command of English (speaking and writing);
Has the leadership and coaching capacities to create conditions so that subordinates can develop in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, quality awareness and independence;
