Requirement
Key Areas of Accountability :
-Organize business meeting, prepare the meeting presentation and materials;
-Act as coordinator and focal point for Vice GM internally and externally in related projects;
-Deal with emergency issues independently or take initiative measurements to handle it while the GM is out;
-Report the information submitted by each department to the GM accurately;
-Communicate the tasks from GM with function direct report and departments accurately;
-Handle confidential information letters, reports and documents, answer telephone calls and take messages, handle (e-) mails, filing and documents for Vice GM;
-Take care of trip plan arrangement for Vice GM;
-Compose letters and take minutes during meetings;
-Schedule and arrange meeting and reservations for Vice GM;
-Execute other tasks authorized by Vice GM;
-Give support to Vice GM of the business requires a lot of flexibility, teamwork and networking capability.
