Requirement
Key Requirements：
Bachelor degree in chemistry or related field
Strong communication / presentation skills in written and oral English
Appropriate computer skills with very good knowledge on MS Office software
Understanding of project management principles
Experiences：
A minimum 5-years working experience in the relevant area; Experience in multinational cosmetic company will be a plus.
A good understanding of market trend;
Personality
Self-motivated, target oriented, positive;
Warm, pleasant with other good interpersonal skills;
Have the desire to mentor other lab personnel;
Past supervisory experience will be a plus
