Requirement
Working location: SiChuan/GuangZhou, P. R. China
Key Areas of Accountability:
1. To support Retail Business Director/Deputy Director, especially in the supervision of roll out team; customer account and business unit.
2. To understand customer needs and expectations, and by occasion, turn them to business opportunities.
3. To develop and implement company policy; marketing and sales plan; system/procedure and to manage capital as well as human resources.
4. To co-ordinate and communicate with shop managers and key customers.
5. To support and monitor the shops business activity to bring the existing shops to the benchmark, minimize cost and maximize profit to achieve the sales target.
6. Be in-depth skill in launching new shops /new product in terms of cost-effective sales.
7. To identify problem, take corrective action and reach decision in a professional way.
Qualifications required:
1. University degree of Science or Business Administration.
2. At least 5 years of working experience in the field of Retails business, including 2 years of management experience.
3. Mature, with good inter personal skills, self-motivated, organized and task oriented.
4. High level in Business management; Operation; Technical; Computer and Financials.
5. Good English language and communication skills
6. Willing to travel frequently
