Requirement
1) To manage and control other function department in planning and implementing manufacturing programs.
2) To meet production targets as per the schedule, with accepted quality standards.
3) To design and implement systems and measures to bring out higher machine efficiencies, quality improvements and reduction in wastage on a continuous basis.
4) To plan and implement cost reduction measures and to bring out savings by way of achieving maximum utilization of assets.
5) To plan and implement systems and measures to meet legal compliance and industrial safety norms in the plant.
6) To plan & undertake regular control activities and to guarantee the perfect state of plant assets through preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.
7) To guarantee compliance with safety and hygiene norms established by the company.
8) To drive system improvement tools to set very high standards in operations and other relevant functions.
