Requirement
Responsibility
1. Manages resources across the development team to optimize growth, increase speed to market and balance/prioritize programs and projects to maximize the profitability of the business. Conceptually develops engineering design and development plans that are consistent with the division-level goals and objectives;
2. Engages with customers, manages their relationships and expectations, and provides superior customer service;
3. Develops staffing plans and directs/coordinates all program and project activities through delegated subordinates. Establishes a cost center-level budget system to track and control expenses;
4. Works with the Quality organization to develop and implement a pro-active quality plan that is consistent with the Corporate Quality philosophy and the division-level goals and objectives;
5. Prepares and presents program-level and project-level progress reports to upper management;
Qualification
1.Bachelors Degree in Engineering from an accredited engineering university. Masters of Science in Engineering from an accredited engineering university is desirable;
2. 15-20 years experience in the telecommunications industry, which includes progressively more responsible positions in the areas of product design, development and management. Specific experience in RF Power Amplifiers is highly desirable;
3. Exceptional organizational leadership and control skills;
4. Effective negotiating and risk management skills;
5. Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.
