Job Description

Job title: Facilities Manager

Location: Suzhou

Requirement

1. Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree, such as engineering, architecture, construction management, or related technical field;
2. Seven (7) to ten (10) years of general production plant engineering experience managing medium to large size projects involving various disciplines, including civil, 3. HVAC, structural, electrical, mechanical, piping, architectural;
4. Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software highly desirable;
5. Must have a proven record of having engineered and implemented innovation in past projects with a quantifiable improvement;
6. Experience in contract negotiation and construction management a plus.
